There is some delay in support responses due to unforeseen circumstances  . Inconvenience is deeply regretted .

Please do not open multiple tickets if your old tickets is unreplied , we will reply in every ticket eventually .  Multiple tickets for same issue not only delay your ticket response time , but also for our other customers . This also confuses our support staffs.

Also do not keep replying (bumping) your own ticket which moves the ticket to the bottom of the queue .

If your ticket issue is resolved, simply close your ticket instead of replying .
